Gavin Young is a Chef with an impressive background; more than that he is a Chef with a great future, of that there is no doubt. He speaks of his art with great passion, his kitchen as his stage and he has plans to attract even greater attention to Forbury's. Forbury's boasts two exciting and highly talented individuals who, as the engine room of the restaurant, provide the drive and determination to take it upwards towards the stars, but, more importantly, they are an even more effective team, with the experience and vision of Xavier, together with his knowledge of wines, complementing the artistic culinary talents of Gavin. The 'dream team' was the invention of a fertile imagination, at Forbury's they can justifiable claim to have their own, highly talented version of the 'dream team' a highly industrious midfield duo capable of challenging for top honors.
