The Chefs Favourite Season is upon us – Autumn

To my Mind Autumn is when the chefs get all creative , as they have an abundance of Produce ranging from Local Wild mushrooms , Pheasant , Grouse(A personal favorite of mine) Partridge , Duck , the list is endless. A lot of slow braised dishes like Coq au Vin , Boeuf Bourguignon ,Rabbit in Cider & Mustard with truffle mashed potatoes & roasted root vegetables etc.

Follow me to keep up to date with hints , recipes & tricks of the trade as we go through Autumn into winter & the build up to Christmas
