AA Award – Notable Wine List 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011

Our Wine List is a wine Journey not a wine Journal, an Exploration of Wine by physical style, region, grape variety, emotion and sensation. It reflects the way that the terroir, the sense of origin, communicates itself in the wines, the way wines taste and the way we taste wine.

You will find different examples of the same variety in different categories according to the wine itself.

There is a strong emphasis on growers who use sustainable and environmentally friendly practices in their vineyards.

Every bottle of wines tells its own story, how old, the grape, producer and terroir. Our wines are picked by the way they distinguish themselves against others and what they bring to the table. My wine list offers depth and breadth and features the famous producers from the famous regions and not so famous ones, but the emphasis is on its interaction with our food.
